5. Return & Exchange Process

Customers are requested to follow these steps:

Step 2: Provide relevant information, including:

  • Order code / purchase details
  • Photos and/or videos showing product condition

Step 3: Chấn Thuận Thành will review and respond within 24 – 48 working hours

Step 4: Proceed with product exchange or refund as agreed

6. Return & Exchange Costs

  • In cases where the issue is caused by Chấn Thuận Thành (manufacturing defects, incorrect delivery, or shipping damage):

  • In cases of return or exchange based on customer preference:
